Preventing Breast Pain/Tenderness
  1. Keep hydrated.  Try to drink at least 60 oz of water per day.
  1. Take Evening Primrose Oil.  This is a natural supplement available over-the-counter in pharmacies; take per label directions.

  2. Take natural Vitamin E. This is also available over-the-counter. Take 400 IU in the morning and 400 IU in the evening.

 

  1. Be sure to wear a different style of bra every day to alternate the pressure points on your breasts, and be sure to have the appropriate size of bra and fit.
